Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Architects, this role translates design direction into conceptual, schematic, and design development packages, produces construction documents, and supports construction administration through project completion. Work with the Project Manager or Senior Project Architect to determine the functional and spatial requirements of new structures or renovations. Four years college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 10-15 years of total architectural experience; 5 to 8+ years related experience as a licensed professional. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the PM and SPA.
