The Project Architect is responsible for the architectural aspects of the development of the design through the production of construction documents and specifications. Ensure that the project story, guiding principles, and design intent are maintained throughout the architectural process. Lead internal coordination of technical staff as well as consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with project objectives. During the construction phase, oversee the architectural team’s review of submittals and answer contractor’s questions about construction documents. Experience In Educational Projects Is Required.
