The Carroll Companies’ construction division, CIP Construction, is seeking a Project Architect experienced in multi-family wood frame apartment design who will be responsible for cross-collaborating across all entities to deliver complete, coordinated, code compliant quality projects on time and within budget. Must exercise effective time management to deliver plans and manage the sub-tier consultants within the scheduled timeframe and work within CIP design standards.
