Project Architect - Interiors Los Angeles, California

In this role you will: Provide expertise in executing Corporate projects to team members, client and contractors from early design through construction administrationWork with clients to identify objectives and formulate optionsEstablish key work priorities for development of design, documentation, scheduling and budgetingInterpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translate them into workable construction systemsResponsible for the development of the contract documents for construction of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities, with a focus on interiorsEvaluate alternatives in order to develop solutions while maintaining technical quality, code compliance and design controlLead project engineers to ensure an integrated approach and coordinate project requirementsPrepare designs, working drawings, specifications and coordinate cost estimates for projectsMaintain records to document phases of projectCollaborate with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and all project disciplinesLead the work of other team members, providing mentorship and guidanceMay participate in marketing efforts, including presentationsWhat you will need to succeed: Minimum 8 years of experience in interiors and/or the architectural field and well versed in Corporate markets with significant experience on large scale interiors projectsBachelors or Masters degreeLicensure required; LEED Accredited a plusRevit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Office SuiteAbility to work within a highly collaborative team environmentExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work with integrity, trust and commitment; setting an example for othersAbility to travel if the project(s) requiresThe annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $110,000 and $140,000.
