We are an established NYC architecture firm working on multi-family residential buildings, single-family homes, mixed-use buildings, hotels, commercial projects, alterations, additions, new buildings, DOB filings, zoning, and construction coordination.
We are looking for someone who can prepare drawings, coordinate projects, work with consultants, and help move projects through DOB approvals and construction.
Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings and construction document setsWork on residential, multi-family, hotel, commercial, mixed-use, alteration, and new building projectsPrepare DOB filing drawings, zoning analysis, and code reviewCoordinate with engineers, expediters, consultants, contractors, clients, and agenciesRespond to DOB comments, RFIs, submittals, and field issuesReview consultant drawings and coordinate project informationManage multiple projects and deadlinesWork directly with the principal and project teamRequirements
Architecture degree6+ years of architectural office experience preferredStrong AutoCAD skills requiredNYC DOB, zoning, and building code experience preferredStrong construction document and detailing skillsExperience with residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotel, or multi-family projectsGood communication and organization skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRevit / SketchUp / Bluebeam experience is a plus
