The Project Architect will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, clients, and fabricators while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design intent and regulatory requirements. Construction Documentation Oversee preparation of: Construction Documents Design Development Drawings Schematic Design Packages Architectural Specifications Detail Drawings Site Plans Permit Documents Ensure all documentation complies with applicable building codes and project requirements. Support professional development within the architectural team.
