Overview

The Project Architect provides project-wide design and technical leadership to create high quality solutions aligned with project goals. Serving as Professional of Record, this role holds primary responsibility to ensure design intent, technical quality and project requirements are successfully integrated into the overall project design and deliverables. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on a salary basis.

Responsibilities

Provides project-wide design and technical leadership, oversight, and coordinationServes as Professional of Record on projects of various scales and complexityApplies sound professional judgement and technical expertise to guide project executionPartners with Project Managers in development and maintenance of scope, budget, schedule, and labor resource plansTranslates project scope into coordinated deliverables and documentation strategiesPrepares, reviews and oversees production of drawings, specifications, and other required technical documentationLeads Construction Administration and resolution of design-related issuesLeads interface with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors regarding design and technical related aspects of the projectImplements and oversees Parkhill's quality control, risk management and project delivery standard practices for the project design and deliverablesOther duties as assigned.Qualifications

Professional Architecture License required5+ years of relevant architectural experienceDemonstrated capability to assume project-wide architectural responsibilityExperience supporting and coordinating project controls and Construction AdministrationProficiency with architectural design software, including Revit, MOS, and BluebeamStrong leadership and communication skillsBenefits and Perks
