The Project Architect:

Help to deliver large-scale, technically complex, new construction projectsGuide architectural work through design development, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administrationProduce architectural detailing, technical design solutions, and the development of comprehensive construction documentsCollaborate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering professionals to coordinate building systems and resolve design challengesUtilize Revit to develop, coordinate, and manage architectural models and documentation throughout the project lifecyclePartner with project managers and design leaders to maintain design quality, meet milestones, and deliver successful projects

Project Architect Background:

7–15+ years of professional architectural experience, particularly in technical design and project deliveryRevit proficiency and experience developing architectural documentation across multiple project phasesExperience producing and coordinating comprehensive construction document packagesA solid understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and multidisciplinary coordinationThe ability to independently recognize technical challenges, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutionsStrong communication skills and an interest in collaborating with architects, engineers, and project leadershipExperience with large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, or other complex new construction projects is a huge plus
