You will be the main point of contact for daily project updates with our Healthcare or Higher Ed clients. You will work closely with the firm's Principals throughout all phases of the project. This high-visibility position provides outstanding opportunities for innovation, challenging design work, client interaction, and direct collaboration with our architectural, interiors, and engineering teams.
Qualifications
7+ years of architectural experienceBachelor's Degree in ArchitectureArchitectural License(preferred but not required)Healthcare project experience is preferredResponsibilities:
Coordinate documents from internal staff, consultants, and contractors.Handle construction administration tasks, including shop drawing and submittal reviews.Document code review and compliance.Possess knowledge of industry standards, construction methods, and building systems.Utilize Revit with high technical proficiency.Perform quality control checks on design and construction documents.Lead and mentor a team of architectural designers and drafters.Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices through professional development.
