Advance the sustainability and resiliency of our work. 10+ years of experience Effective communicator, able to adjust messaging strategies based on the audience Proven experience leading progressively more complex projects and teams Skilled in developing workplans, delegating tasks and managing project workflows Deep understanding of the holistic architecture process, including codes and construction Persuasively and visually communicate ideas effectively and tactfully to project team and clients. Curious, adaptable, and always learning Committed to advancing sustainability and resiliency through the work Understands and appreciates the value of research and data to inform the design process Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software
