The Role We Want You For As a Project Architect, you will be counted on to mentor and nurture the professional development of staff, as well as work across LJC disciplines and parent company Clayco’s construction and real estate arms to help our entire enterprise thrive. Oversees the integrated design of projects and/or development of construction drawings for projectsServes as primary coordinator with contractors and consulting engineersManages one or more team membersLeads design teams in developing proposals for potential clientsCapable of organizing and contributing to business development pursuitsResponsible for developing thought leadership in technical architecture and designLeads discussions in the local and regional design communityRecruits and interviews potential applicants to ensure practice growthRepresents CDE in the community and civic eventsPractices CDE's core values of integrity, humility and fearlessnessGuides and contributes to LJC's Core Councils (Culture, Integration, Practice, Process and Sustainability) Requirements
