You will own the technical execution of the work, oversee risk management reviews, and ensure that all documentation is coordinated, code-compliant, and aligned with the project’s design vision at every phase of construction. Design Leadership Minimum of 10 years' experience in project design and documentation, with at least five years as a Project Architect. Multi-Family Type V construction experience required. Ability to motivate and effectively lead design staff.
