Project Architect | New Haven, CT or Philadelphia, PA | Senior Level This role requires demonstrated technical expertise, team leadership, and client-facing experience. Candidates must be registered or actively pursuing licensure and local to New Haven, CT (in-office at least three days per week) or Philadelphia, PA. What You'll Do Manage all phases of design and documentation for projects of varying scale and complexitySupervise and mentor teams; review and approve work of staff, consultants, and contractorsProvide final review of code analysis, material selections, and specificationsOversee construction document production and management of BIM modelsLead coordination with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure design and technical excellenceImplement best practices for quality documentation and risk mitigationChampion design excellence while balancing efficiency and feasibility What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureArchitectural registration (or actively pursuing licensure)8+ years of experience in an architecture officeExperience in residential, K-12 schools, and/or laboratory designAdvanced proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, and 3ds MaxStrong leadership, collaboration, and communication skillsAbility to exercise independent judgment and mentor junior staff
