Project architect or senior Job captain (full-time)

Kristi Byers, Architect seeks a creative, team-oriented, and self-motivated architectural team member who has a 5-year minimum BArch degree and 8+ years work experience on commercial, industrial, lab and/or retail projects. The perfect candidate would be a passionate, flexible, utility player who has a variety of problem-solving arrows in their quiver, has a strong work ethic, works well in a team environment and has the ability to take on a variety of responsibilities in an office where each team member wears a variety of hats every day. Firm perks include compensation for study materials and passed certification exams (such as ARE, LEED, WELL, GBI, CDP, etc. We believe that design happens at every stage of the architectural process – from writing a contract with appropriate scope and fees to negotiating detail execution with contractors in the field.
