Project Architect or Senior Residential Drafter

At CROSS, the Project Architect or Senior Residential Drafter plays a critical dual role in transforming inspired design concepts into precise, buildable construction documents. This position bridges design and production, ensuring every detail is clearly communicated, technically sound, and aligned with our commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. Drafting Responsibilities (Production & Documentation) Experience • 5-10+ years of residential architecture and/or drafting experience • Strong experience in residential remodeling projects is required • Experience with high-end or custom residential projects preferred • Kitchen and bathroom design experience is a plus Technical Skills • Proficiency in Chief Architect, Revit, or equivalent residential design software • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, detailing, and local building codes • Experience reviewing, redlining, and producing construction documents • Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering workflows preferred
