Project Architect / Project Manager

• Ability to design and detail a complete project, system component or process. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited architectural program • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience • Registered Architect or completed NCARB Program • Experienced in Revit • Must be able to listen and communicate effectively • Must be a self‑starter, team player and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, team members, and other employees • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines • Ability to adapt to changing business needs • Ability to use good judgment and make timely decisions Travel requirements: • GMC Architecture is a nationwide practice with clients, completed projects and active projects in 36 states.
