Project Architect / Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager with solid experience in multifamily housing (market-rate and affordable) to lead projects and teams with a high degree of independence. This candidate can move a project forward, manage staff and consultants, coordinate decisions, and maintain quality without requiring constant oversight. Because we are a small, entrepreneurial practice, this role requires comfort with responsibility, flexibility, and collaboration across design, technical, and project management functions.
