Project Architect, Project Manager

The Project Architect manages architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. Project Management Lead day-to-day management of assigned projects Develop project schedules and monitor deadlines Coordinate consultants and engineering teams Conduct client meetings and prepare meeting notes Track project budgets and hours Technical Documentation Experience with commercial and mixed-use projects Knowledge of building codes and permitting Construction administration experience Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture Architectural license preferred 5+ years of experience in architectural practice Strong Proficiency in REVIT required Strong understanding of construction methods and coordination Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic design-build setting Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
