We are looking for a licensed architect and experienced project manager who can lead the design process from start to finish. As a Project Architect, you will lead projects from early design through construction administration, serving as the primary point of coordination for clients, consultants, and internal teams. NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)Licensed Architect in Massachusetts (or the ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts)8–12+ years of experience in professional architectural office environmentsStrong design sensibility with the ability to carry concepts through technical executionExperience leading projects and coordinating consultant teamsWorking knowledge of building codes, specifications, building and engineering systemsInterest in sustainable and resilient design practicesExperience working in the public & institutional realm is preferredProficiency in BIM and standard visualization/documentation toolsExcellent organizational and communications skillsA positive attitude and genuine excitement for designPreferred: Experience with public or institutional projects; LEED, WELL, or PHIUS accreditation Full-time, 40 hours per week.
