Requirements: Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders Prepare and oversee construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Participate in design development, detailing, and quality control Conduct site visits, construction observations, and project meetings Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the design team Assist with project scheduling and consultant coordination Licensed Architect Professional or Master's Degree in Architecture Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with graphic presentation software 3D modeling and visualization skills are a plus Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Passion for thoughtful design and client service
