Qualifications Professional Degree in Architecture Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an Architectural office Background in commercial projects (hospitality experience a plus) Registered Architect preferred; progress toward licensure will be considered Adept at professional interaction with clients, consultants, AHJ’s and contractors Capable of leading project teams through design and production Able to provide detailed Quality Control and cross-discipline coordination reviews of project documents Proficiency in AutoCAD required; SketchUp, Bluebeam, Revit a plus Experience with all project phases and elements from concept design through CA Familiarity with AIA documents, contracts, and specifications Strong knowledge of building detailing, codes, building systems, and construction means & methods
