Project Architect / Project Manager

Dibello Architects, PLLC, a traditional architecture firm with offices in New Braunfels and San Antonio, Texas, is seeking applicants for the Project Architect / Project Manager position in their New Braunfels location.

Responsibilities:

Creative development, refinement, and documentation of the design intent from concept through construction completion under the direction of the Design Principal.
Design development, technical oversight, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
Overall project delivery, client communication, scheduling, and financial oversight.
Direction and leadership of the project team.

Qualifications:

Professional degree in architecture. (B Arch, M Arch, or equal)

​Licensed, or on the path to becoming licensed.
Six or more years of professional experience.
Experience working on traditional high-end custom residential projects in all phases.
Experience as Project Manager on detailed projects.
AutoCAD construction documents; Drawing and presentation skills in various media.
