With multiple offices and a long-standing reputation in government and civic projects, we are expanding our Seattle office and seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our collaborative team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect with 7+ years of professional architectural experience to lead government and public-sector projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational and writing skills, and proficiency in Revit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead government and civic projects from design through construction administration
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Mentor and support junior team members in technical and professional growth
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements
Prepare and review project documentation, proposals, and reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
RA
7+ years of architectural experience with at least 2 years focus on government and civic projects
Proficiency in Revit required
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience)
