Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Architect. The Project Architect II is primarily responsible for the technical and production aspects of medium to large projects from conceptual design through construction closeout. • Develops and coordinates with consultants to produce construction documents. • Licensure Requirements: Licensed Architect • Education Requirements: Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture • Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience as a Licensed Architect • Computer Skills: Revit- minimum of 3 years experience and other design/presentation software programs; MS Office proficient; use of Adobe products; Submittal Exchange. Requires use of hardhat, construction boots, and possibly other safety equipment as required on a construction site.
