Project Architect - Residential

Maintain ongoing communication with clients, outside consultants, Project Manager, and Project Team to ensure a seamless project experience. Strong knowledge of building codes and an ability to navigate and apply code constraints creatively. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead, collaborate, and build strong working relationships. Recent experience working on architectural projects within the United States. Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
