The Opportunity

We’re expanding our US team and seeking a talented Project Architect with strong restaurant design experience. This is a hands-on role focused on the design and documentation of premium hospitality concepts. Key Responsibilities

Work with a variety of top-tier U.S. and international restaurant brands.Research jurisdictional requirements and project-specific conditions to ensure technical accuracy and smooth project delivery.Lead and contribute to all phases of design, from Concept Development through Construction Documentation and Contract Administration.Produce high-quality construction documentation using REVIT.Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, life safety, and other regulatory requirements.Provide quality control and assurance throughout the design process.Manage consultant coordination and client communication.Respond to RFIs, review shop drawings and submittals, manage change orders, and conduct site visits.Support scheduling, budget management, and resource planning.Contribute to construction specifications and project detailing.

Requirements

10+ years of professional architecture experience.Thrive in a collaborative environments and be a team player.Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture.Proven REVIT proficiency and experience producing full construction documentation sets.Deep understanding of construction systems, detailing, ADA, and local codes.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Experience in contract administration including submittals and RFIs.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX; some travel required.
