Project Architect, Science & Technology

LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree and/or master’s degree in architecture REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Professional architectural license preferred, but not required EXPERIENCE: 6 or more years of experience, with a focus on Science & Technology and Lab Planning This role will be an integral part of the design team for learning environments, research facilities, and other specialty projects for a broad range of clients across the Science & Tech, Private Commercial, and Educational sectors. Collaborate and contribute to construction document production Conduct/lead preliminary review of all drawings, specifications, code analysis, material selections, and specifications before finalizing with the Project Manager or Partner-In-Charge Lead client meetings and regularly interface with clients and consultants Meet with the Project Manager or the Partner-In-Charge on a regular basis to ensure projects are executed according to clients’ goals and expectations.
