Project Architect / Senior Project Manager

Outward Architecture is looking for a Project Architect / Senior Project Manager to join our team as we establish our Colorado studio. This is a full-spectrum role: Revit production, consultant coordination, client correspondence, and construction administration. You'll work directly with me on every active project.

I started this firm because I believe small teams do better work. When a project has one principal, one designer, and one clear line of communication, things don't fall through the cracks. That's what we've built in Austin, and it's what we're building in Denver.

The right person for this role is someone who's been doing serious work at a firm but wants more ownership of it. If you're pursuing your ARE and want a role that accelerates that path — we cover exam fees, and we invest in your development.

What we're looking for:

4–7 years of experience, with custom residential exposureExpert Revit skills — this is our primary production toolAssociate AIA or actively pursuing licensureBased in or willing to relocate to greater Denver

What we offer:

$90,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision15 days PTO + sick time + 8 holidaysARE fees covered + AIA Colorado membershipPrimarily remote / hybrid — in-person meetings in Denver
