Qualifications for Project Architect:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is required.4+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.Architectural license preferred (or in the process of obtaining).Key Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.Experience in Multi-Family, K-12 Education, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Institutional, or High-Rise projects is preferred.Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.A commitment to collaborative design processes and teamwork.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initial conception to final completion.Define project requirements and establish design criteria.Oversee scheduling, estimates, and planning for project deliverables including drawings, models, and materials.Utilize software to design, sketch, and produce project drawings.Develop and maintain professional client relationships.Exhibit leadership skills and foster relationships at all organizational levels.What We Offer:
