Project Architect; Tampa, FL

As part of our collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to project planning, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Depending on your experience and skill set, you may also participate in conceptual design, programming, planning, scope development, and other early-stage project activities that help shape successful project outcomes. Ability to work on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects. Plans and coordinates detailed aspects of the architectural work. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited architectural program Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience Registered Architect or completed NCARB Program Proficient in Revit Must be able to listen and communicate effectively Must be a self-starter, team player and able to establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, team members, and other employees Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines Ability to adapt to changing business needs Ability to use good judgment and make timely decisions
