About the role Support or manage projects from early concept through tender and construction documentationAct as a key technical point of contact between internal teams, consultants, and contractorsTranslate conceptual designs into coordinated, buildable architectural solutionsLead the development of accurate, well-organized drawing sets and BIM models (Revit)Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility requirements, fire safety, zoning, and AHJ regulationsCoordinate and manage consultant inputs, including model coordination and clash detectionAssemble and manage permitting and authority-having-jurisdiction submission packagesTrack project milestones, drawing logs, revisions, RFIs, and approvalsReview and QA technical drawings produced by junior team membersProvide technical mentorship and guidance to project teamsSupport construction phases through shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and issue resolution We’re seeking a technically strong architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings clarity, rigor, and leadership to the delivery of complex projects.
