Responsible for generation of contract drawings and specifications, consultant coordination efforts, internal team coordination and leads construction administration and observation for the project. A project architect can be a senior employee or can also be a junior employee who is capable of running a project independently. Registered architect preferred. Responsible for organizing, and coordinating assignments, many times with or in conjunction with Project Manager. Architects with 6-8 years of experience responsible for smaller, less complicated projects.
