Project Architect V - Healthcare

The successful candidate will be a high level specialist and will perform in a Project Architect role, responsible for leading the development of all technical aspects and content for large, complex projects or multiple smaller projects, coordinating work with all disciplines to ensure an integrated set of deliverables, and verifying compliance through team collaboration. Guide and assist Project Architects in the development of Project Quality Plans and updates to effectively manage project Quality including phase milestone reviews and project pinups/technical charettes. Guide and assist Project Architects in the Life Safety, Building and Energy Code analysis and compliance process for the project. Monitor, train and direct the work of all project team members, focusing on technical quality and process standards. May assist Office Quality Leader with other project Quality reviews.
