Project Architect/Architectural Associate (Sarasota)

As a Project Architect, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the planning, design, and documentation of small to medium sized projects across civic, transportation, higher education, and commercial markets. What You’ll Do Take ownership of the project to reliably deliver scope on schedule and in budget while meeting design intent and project requirements.Lead architectural design and documentation efforts across all project phases, from conceptual design to construction administration using Revit and other design software.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to small to medium sized architecture teams.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including engineering, planning, and interiors to ensure coordinated, integrated design solutions.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops as needed.Assist in developing design narratives, specifications, and technical reports.Help maintain quality standards and support the execution of project goals, schedules, and deliverables.Contribute to a culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the architectural team. Registered Architect/ NCARB registration.Experience in one or more Cities & Places market sectors (civic, health, transportation, higher education, commercial).Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or other visualization tools.Interest or experience in sustainable design and LEED, WELL, or similar rating systems.Participation in a professional organization.
