Project Architect/Designer (Austin)

The ideal candidate would have experience and interest in larger projects such as single family residential and small to medium sized commercial developments. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three days working in-person from our Austin office. Responsibilities Include Job Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in design & construction documents of commercial projects or single family residential (previous experience on hospitality projects is a plus)Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in ArchitectureProficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit/BIM ProductionAbility to commute to our Austin office a minimum of three days a weekKnowledge of architectural practice, including design, documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologiesDemonstrated design skillsTechnical proficiency and creative problem solvingStrong verbal, written and graphic communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently across various scales, typology, and phase of designPositive attitude and willingness to work within a team
