Project team leadership / client interface Architectural design and documentation Construction administration Involvement with firm-wide initiatives Dedication to the advancement of emerging professionals through ongoing mentoring Qualifications
7 – 12 years of experience Architectural licensure preferred Project management skills preferred LEED/WELL/CPHC accreditation is desirable Familiarity with MGL 149/149A construction delivery methods desirable Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas: Design excellence Client relationships Leadership of projects in various stages of design Coordination with consultants Communication & organizational skills Architectural material & systems detailing Revit Solid leadership and teambuilding skills Exceptional work ethic & enthusiastic attitude are imperative
