Role Description Immediate opening for a Project Architect/Manager Minimum of 7 to 10 years of commercial and/or institutional experience with an emphasis in Construction Administration. Experience in sustainable design, construction administration processes, and managing a minimum five-person architectural team with consultants/engineers is required. Applicant must have a thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in the State of HawaiiPositive and strong interpersonal and communication skills to be a team leader, player, and coordinator.
