Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and self-starting experience Architect or Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge of procedures for production of design development and construction documents, a thorough knowledge of architectural planning, drafting, detailing, building materials, and a general knowledge of codes. This person will participate in project design throughout the various phases from concept to design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited program (Project Architect candidates only)3 or more years of applicable experiencePossession of or working towards state licensure (Project Architect candidates only)Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite experience

Working with the project team to develop ideas, details, and solutionsAbility to complete a full set of construction documentsAbility to process submittals, RFI's, substitution requests, etc. during constructionConduct on-site visits and document site reviewsAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projectsExercises sound time management and organizational skillsDemonstrates strong written and verbal communicationEnsures an attention to detail when handling projectsAbility to prioritize time and multi-task
