AKA Studio is searching for both a Project Manager and a Licensed Project Architect to join our collaborative, in-office team. We offer a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects – from residential to high-profile restaurants, QSR, and mixed-use developments. Please note: Candidates must have a degree and experience in Architecture to be considered.

What You’ll Do

Lead projects from start to finishCraft exceptional architectural designs and construction drawings.Monitor budgets & schedulesCollaborate with consultants and seamlessly integrate documents across disciplines.Partner with the team to ensure client needs are met from project inception to completion.Contribute to a dynamic studio environment, fostering open communication and excellence.Support & guide teamsBe a trusted client partner

Qualifications

Degree in ArchitectureProficient in RevitExperience in project managementDemonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teamsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsProactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering resultsLicense or progressing toward licensure preferred.Industry
