Project Architect/Project Manager - Performing Arts Centers (8+ years)

Hold a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited architecture program (BARCH or MARCH)8+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment, experience in the design and detailing of performing arts centers and theater facilities is desiredProficiency in Autodesk Revit, additional proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling and rendering programs is desirableKnowledge of project management, materials and systems, project design and detailing, and preparation of drawings and specifications from schematic design through construction documentsExperienced in all phases and aspects of conventional architecture and projects, specifically performing arts center and theater designEffective verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in a collaborative, professional mannerAble to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learnAble to work independently with little supervisionAble to provide feedback to team members through verbal conversations, annual performance reviews, and direct project feedback and redlines TVS also offers resources and benefits to assist our employees with pursuit of professional licensure and certification.
