This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed architect (or actively pursuing licensure) who enjoys balancing technical execution, design leadership, and team collaboration. The Role You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards. Lead architectural design and technical development across all project phasesProduce and coordinate construction documents and specificationsCollaborate with project managers, designers, and multidisciplinary consultantsServe as a primary point of contact for clients and external partnersEnsure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirementsProvide construction administration support, including RFIs, submittals, and site observationsMentor and support junior team members
