Project Architects (5-10 Years)

Ideally, you:Hold or are actively pursuing architectural registration and have five to ten years of experience in an architectural or construction-related position.Are familiar with the documentation of building envelopes and design details, as well as having demonstrated ability to assemble clear and complete construction documentation.Can develop, check, and coordinate technical aspects of their assigned projects.Have strong design sensibilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.Are legally authorized to work in the US.Proficiency and proven skills using Revit, Sketch-up, and MS Office are preferred. WTW projects include extensive work in the higher education market, in addition to corporate, retail, developer-led, and healthcare projects of various sizes.You will be an integral part of a larger team and have the opportunity to manage emerging professionals on smaller projects.Opportunity for project involvement from programming & conceptual design through construction administration.Coordinate with internal and external personnel, including partner firms and consultants, to document thoughtful design solutions, present ideas to clients, and ensure well-crafted construction documents are produced.Participate in weekly studio and project meetings, including the tracking of staff utilization and assignments.Mentor emerging professionals and younger staff.Proactively manage project tasks and deadlines for all project assignments.
