Title: Client : Immediate need for Project Architects and Intermediate Architects to work on innovative projects that will shape the future of transportation and the communities in NYC that it serves. Key responsibilities will include working with and coordinating an architectural team preparing documentation for projects focused on transportation and in particular the 2nd Avenue subway extension into Harlem including three stations and ancillary buildings and facilities. Seven (7) + years of experience in architecture and project delivery, preferably working in the rail / transit sector.For most candidates, some experience in the rail / transit sector (including station design and related facilities) is required with some exceptions.Prefer specific experience with Bentley Open Buildings 3D and MicroStationDesire experience with Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, RevitLEED accreditation is a plus.Excellent design, technical detailing, and strong presentation skills.Must have remained current in codes and technologies appropriate to the architecture discipline.The candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for problem solving and teamwork.
