Project Architects/Designers

What You'll Do Contribute to projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration Develop architectural designs, models, and construction documents using Revit, CAD, and BIM tools Collaborate with internal design team and consultants to deliver integrated, high‑quality solutions Present design ideas to clients, contractors, and colleagues Partner with Project Managers to meet design goals, schedules, and budgets Participate in client meetings, project coordination, and on‑site construction observations What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program 5+ years of professional architectural design experience Registered Architect (RA) or actively working toward licensure Commercial project experience, preferably in one or more of the following markets: Multi‑Family / Multi‑Use, Workplace, Financial, Industrial Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from programming through construction Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Excellent organization, communication, and time‑management skills Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with technical precision Requirements Bachelor's Degree Commute to this job's location Working in an onsite setting Authorized to work in the United States 3+ years of Architecture and Planning experience No need for visa sponsorship 3+ years of work experience with Revit Featured benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid paternity leave Disability insurance Paid maternity leave Why Design Collaborative?
