Project Design Architect Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture is essential.Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience across all phases of architectural projects.Architectural license preferred (or in the process of obtaining).Project Design Architect Requirements:

Required proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Preferred experience in K-12 Education, Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Institutional, or High-Rise sectors.Strong technical skills, knowledge on codes, and attention to detail for quality documentation.A genuine enthusiasm for cooperative design processes and team collaboration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project Design Architect Responsibilities:

Oversee projects from inception to completion.Establish project requirements and develop necessary design criteria.Handle scheduling, estimates, and planning for project completion including drawings, models, images, and materials.Utilize software for designing, sketching, and drafting proposed projects.Exhibit professional client development skills.Demonstrate leadership qualities and cultivate relationships both internally and externally.What the Firm Offers You:
