Responsibilities, Requirements And Qualifications 3-7 years of professional experiencePrepare and technical design of commercial projectsAnalyze and propose design solutions to meet client needsCoordinate with project teams, clients, and consultantsAssist with project specificationsTasks that require innovative techniques and proceduresProject timelines, ensuring efficiency and qualityStay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designsEnsure compliance with project specifications and design requirementsMultiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgetsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solvingComfortable producing construction documents for various projectsExcellent design and presentation skills; capable of engaging with clients and consultantsProficient in architectural design, material & systems detailing and envelope systems designAble to self-direct and work well under deadlines, while managing multiple projectsProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (also Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentProfessional development and mentorshipCompetitive compensation and benefits package
