Project Designer/Architect

Role Description

The responsibilities of the role include developing and managing project designs from concept to completion, preparing construction drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring projects adhere to timeline and budget constraints.

Additional tasks involve space planning, overseeing project submittals, and supporting the project management process to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that align with client needs.

Projects range from Commercial/Adaptive Reuse, Creative Office Renovations, Tenant Improvements, Post Production Studios and High End Residential

Qualifications

Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and handling SubmittalsExperience in Space Planning and ArchitectureStrong skills in Project ManagementAbility to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersProficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD & SketchUp)Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standardsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related fieldProficiency in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyLicensure as a registered architect or working toward licensure is a plusMinimum 5 yrs experience
