What You’ll Do:

Lead all phases of the design process with a focus on creativity, innovation, and adherence to project goals.Oversee the development and execution of projects, ensuring they stay within scope, timeline, and budget.Foster a culture of collaboration and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to build strong relationships.Manage risk and address technical challenges proactively to ensure project success.Mentor and empower team members, fostering professional growth.Contribute to business development efforts by building lasting client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institutionArchitectural license (required)9+ years of project management experience in architectureProven success leading large-scale projects such as hotels, stadiums, high-rises, and commercial spacesExpertise in building codes, BIM, design studies, contract documentation, and construction administrationProficiency in industry-standard software, including advanced Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Suite
