Senior Landscape Architect – High-End Residential
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team and help lead the design and execution of exceptional high-end residential projects.
About the Role:
You'll take a hands-on leadership role guiding projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with clients, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to deliver landscapes of the highest design and craftsmanship standards.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Landscape Architect preferred7–10 years of professional experienceThorough knowledge of construction methods and detailing, with a strong preference for experience in the high-end residential marketProven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable working directly with clients, architects, and trade partnersStrong eye for design, materiality, and detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from design development through construction administration

Collaborate in design development and detailing of high-end residential landscape projectsCollaborate with project team to translate vision into buildable designReview and coordinate construction documents, materials, and detailingProvide construction oversight and quality control on active job sitesMentor junior staff and support overall team growthServe as a key point of contact for collaborating professionals throughout the project lifecycle
