Project Leader (Architecture)

Studio 407 is a boutique architecture and design firm delivering innovative projects across a diverse range of market sectors. We are seeking an experienced Project Leader who is passionate about architecture, enjoys working across multiple project types, and is ready to take ownership of project delivery while mentoring and collaborating with team members. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both project management and hands-on architectural work. 7+ years of professional architectural experience preferred.Strong proficiency in Revit is required.Demonstrated experience producing and coordinating construction documents.Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and life safety requirements.Experience managing consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Architectural licensure is a plus but not required.
